Rifle Range / 25 yrd, 50 yrd, 3-100 yrd lanes
Training & Special Use Range available for Certified Instructors
Large Skeet Range / Electric thrower available for rent
Range Restrictions:
No open toe shoes allowed.
- No cartridge with a bullet larger than a .30 caliber and a velocity above 2,900 fps is permitted on the rifle range.
- No M-855 (GREEN TIP) rifle ammo permitted on the rifle range.
- No Slugs or Buck Shot is permitted on the Range.
- No Shotshells allowed on the Pistol Range.

Lonestar Range & Academy was founded in 2013 and is becoming a premier outdoor shooting range & firearms training academy in the Central Texas area. The staff of LR&A is knowledgeable in many areas of training and has a vast knowledge of many firearms. The courses that we offer are designed to prepare the gun owner to handle their weapon in a safe and effective manner under all circumstances. We believe that for training to be of any benefit it must be interesting, stimulating, and realistic. We believe that in times of peril and duress, you will perform the way you train. To this end, we will tell you that we are not always the biggest and fanciest, but it is our mission to provide the highest quality service and safest firearm training programs available.
